Please give me the pack???

I decided to go and spend the $6.99 on the pack that includes everything consdering this is my favorite simulator that you arn’t paying over $10 for. I went and bought it and then proceeded to select the simulator with the concord and it told me that I didn’t pay for it so I thought maybe it glitched out or something. I went and clicked the shop button his buy and it said I didn’t have enough. It took my money and didn’t give me my pack! Please please please give me it because it’s an awesome game and it’s so detailed and real time and don’t want to have to give it a bad review!
