Unrealistic flight characteristics, lousy customer support

This is an arcade-level lousy flight simulator with poor customer support. I’ve tried repeatedly to access the controls menu to find out why it doesn’t respond to my CH flight stick, rudder controls, or throttle. No joy, even when I hold down the Alt key at startup. I’ve contacted customer support several times and have received no help, only the same instructions to hold down the Alt key at startup—which doesn’t work—like they are reading from a script in very poor English. It flies with keyboard controls, but with nothing approaching realistic flight behavior. Save your money and get X-Plane or Microsoft’s Flight Simulator. With those you might actually learn something about flying.
